Steve Winters is the band's songwriter, guitarist and lead vocalist. Steve learned how to play guitar by copping licks from artists like Cream, Racer X and Brian Setzer. His vocal influences include Lane Staley (Alice In Chains), Paul Rodgers (Bad Company) and James Brown. Steve graduated from Musician's Institute in Hollyweird, California in 1989. He has recorded with Steve Kujala, woodwinds player for Chic Corea, and has been a part-time guitar instructor and guest speaker at MI. Steve has a three-year old son whom he adopted from Guatemala.
